Nowadays, more and more shoe material manufacturers require anti-siphon finishing of shoe materials. The anti-siphon finishing agent of our company (Lianzhuang) can just solve the problem for customers. The following is the shoe material fabric provided by one of our customers. Anti-siphon treatment is carried out by our laboratory (customer requirement is anti-siphon treatment for 2 hours):
1. Test purpose:
We used our company’s LZ-960 and LZ-XR88 synergists to treat the nylon fabric for shoes provided by the customer, and tested the anti-siphoning effect for 2 hours.

One dip and one rolling (rolling residue rate: 50%), dry at 110℃*3min, set at 165℃*60s, and measure the waterproof and anti-siphoning effect.
6. Test conclusion:
To sum up, it is 100 points waterproof and has no siphoning within 2 hours. Meet customer requirements.
