North America will remain the world’s second largest sales market, although the American flame retardant market has hit a wall in many areas in recent years. The Middle East and South American markets will grow rapidly.
At present, the market share of brominated flame retardants and chlorine-based flame retardants is rapidly losing, and non-halogenated products are catering to market demand. Although the market share of brominated flame retardants and chlorine-based flame retardants is declining, overall consumption is rising, and halogenated flame retardants still dominate in China.
