At the 3rd International Conference on Printing and Dyeing Processing in Kyoto, Dr. Volkmar v. Arnim of ITV Denkendorf of Germany published a special topic on “The 糖心映画社 of Plasma Technology in Dyeing and Finishing Processing”.
Plasma treatment refers to the use of reactive gas excited under strong electric field conditions for surface treatment, which has gradually become a hot topic in the field of textile processing. Among various plasma treatments, treatment methods under atmospheric pressure are more suitable for continuous treatment of textiles. Dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) is more suitable for wide knitting and woven fabric treatments.

Introducing the effectiveness of plasma treatment to improve the hue, concentration and dyeability of PP fabrics dyed with Colloisol type reducing dye.
Introducing the test results of the fabrics using DBD plasma technology with fluorocarbon as the atmosphere. The relationship between the detent state of fluorocarbon compounds, processing speed, and the calculated thickness of the detented fluorocarbon compound layer and oil repellency will be explained.
